Can I pay a deposit now and the balance at the campsite?

Yes! When booking your ticket, you can choose the deposit option (€25 for Teens, €35 for Youth). You will receive an instant verified reservation pass, and you can pay the remaining balance at the reception desk during check-in.

What is included in the ticket pass?

All passes include full residential lodging, all breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals, refreshments, workbook kits, and admission to all general plenaries, games, and elective workshops.

Is there transportation or pickup assistance?

We coordinate carpools and local shuttle pick-ups from nearby train/bus stations in Cork and Portlaoise/Durrow. If you need travel assistance, please let us know in the registration form notes.
