I/We, the undersigned parent(s)/guardian(s) of the child/children mentioned in this form, have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth for the ICPF Youth Camp 2025. By submitting this form, I/We willingly commit to adhere to the guidelines outlined herein:

Purpose and Scope:

I/We understand that the ICPF Youth Camp 2025 is intended for individuals aged 13 and above, focusing on spiritual growth, prayer, worship, fellowship, and personal development.

Participation:

I/We are aware that active participation in camp activities, including workshops, worship sessions, recreational activities, and team-building exercises, is encouraged for the benefit of our child(ren).

Photography and Social Media:

I/We grant permission for the ICPF Ireland team to capture and use photos and videos of our child(ren) during the camp strictly on an anonymous basis for promotional activities, including social media, ensuring that our child(ren)’s identity will not be disclosed in any materials.

Confidentiality and Respect:

I/We commit to maintaining confidentiality regarding personal matters shared by our child(ren) during the camp.

I/We ensure that our child(ren) will exhibit respectful behavior towards fellow campers, volunteers, and staff members.

Emergency Authorization:

I/We understand that accidents and injuries can occur during the ICPF Youth Camp 2025 and hold the ICPF and its volunteers harmless for any such incidents.

In the event of an emergency, I/We authorize ICPF volunteers to seek necessary medical attention for our child(ren).

Camp Fee & Cancellation Policy:

I acknowledge that the camp registration fee is €99 per person, and I agree to submit payment accordingly.

In the event of cancellation:

• If I provide a replacement, I understand that €25 will be deducted as an administration fee.

• If I do not provide a replacement, I understand that €50 will be deducted from the refund.

By signing below, I/We affirm that I/We have carefully read and understand the terms of this Participant Agreement for the ICPF Youth Camp 2025.

I commit to maintaining confidentiality regarding personal matters shared during the camp and will respect the privacy of fellow attendees.

I will exhibit respectful behavior toward fellow campers, volunteers, and staff members.
