Purpose and Scope:

The ICPF Youth Camp 2024 is organized for individuals aged 13 and above, with a focus on spiritual growth, prayer, worship, fellowship, and personal development.

Participation:

• All attendees are encouraged to actively participate in camp activities, including workshops, worship sessions, recreational activities, and team-building exercises, for the benefit of all participants.

Photography and Social Media:

• By attending the camp, participants grant permission for Intercollegiate Christian Prayer Fellowship (ICPF) to capture and use photos and videos strictly on an anonymous basis for promotional activities, including social media. The identity of participants will not be disclosed in any materials.

Confidentiality and Respect:

• Participants are required to maintain confidentiality regarding personal matters shared during the camp and must respect the privacy of fellow attendees. Respectful behavior towards fellow campers, volunteers, and staff members is expected at all times.

Emergency Authorization:

• While every effort is made to ensure safety during the camp, participants acknowledge that accidents and injuries may occur. By attending the camp, participants authorize ICPF volunteers to seek necessary medical attention in the event of an emergency.

Camp Fee:

• There is a camp registration fee of 99 euros per person, which participants are required to submit accordingly.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds for the registration fee will be provided as follows:
  • 100% refund if canceled before July 12th.
  • 50% refund if canceled on or before July 28th.
  • No refund for cancellations after July 29th or thereafter.

By registering for the ICPF Youth Camp 2024, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
